I started serious climbing when I was 55. I'm now 67 and can hang with most climbers. My "fitness" age is 47. Climbing keeps me fit and strong

You are never too old buddy. just make yourself physically fit and have a concrete mindset. you are good to go

I'am 60 with arthritis and vertigo and I still enjoy Mt. climbing, Rock climbing, Ice climbing, Skiing and racing, Triathlons, Long distant hiking like the PCT., Wonderland trail. Never stop enjoying sports or whatever it is. And I have meet people older then me out there too!
