i just wanted to throw out the word that i'm looking for someone to climb some big mountains in ecuador. i will be living in quito until the end of march and hope to conquer some of the volcanoes. i am also down to explore all other parts of ecuador, jungle, coast, ect...!

Extreme conditions. Very cold with super strong winds. Spent the last 7 days in the range starting at San Bernardo refuge and camping at Las Vegas and Alto Salto (area above El Salto camping area). Looking for partner to set up a new route on the west face on Siula Grande in the Peruvian Andes in 2006.

I've found myself once again with the time, funds and desire to do a trip to SAmerica. I will be arriving in Santiago on Dec 24th and leaving on Jan 17th; hoping to do some moderate altitude climbs in the Central Andes (or further away from the capital), but for the time being I don't have the most important for such an attempt: a partner!
