No ... you seem reluctant to cross the Pyrenees, visentin! But you will have to do it to get there.

Diego brings the cup home to Spain, after a long absence! Visentin gets an honorable mention, but in the end his refusal to leave France with his guesses led to his downfall.

The clues:

1. The old mailbox on the summit of Txarlazo. Spanish mountains have these weird mailboxes on them. SP has a collection here: http://www.summitpost.org/mailboxes/422044

2. Murillo painting in the Prado of the Immaculate Conception

3. The monument on top of the mountain commemorates "the doctrine of the Immaculate Conception" :?

4. View from the town of Orduña, which is at the foot

5. Cunard liner SS Orduña

6. The modern mailbox on the top (with inscription whited out)

7. Pico del Fraile, passed on the way up

8. Jeff Koons' Puppy, outside the Gugenheim Museum in Bilbao (geographic clue)

Well, I didnt' refuse to leave France, I just looked for Basque peaks with towers on top. Pity I wasn't awake during the night because Bilbao was a decisive clue :s
