I help you a little with the Spanish names: "oriente" is the substantive and "oriental" the adjective. The Picos de Santa Ana are Oriental (Eastern) and Occidental (Western). I climbed a few of peaks in this area as Peña Vieja, Tesorero, H.Rojos, Torre Blanca... but I never climbed Santa Ana and I will try it some day... maybe this year of the next year.
