There must bea lot of different pines in California.
The Bristlecone is the oldest, right?
I wonder which pine is the tallest?
Are the Redwoods pines, or do they belong
to the redwood family. Guess I have to
get my botany book out again! Thanks!!

Re: There must beyou're right. I think bristlecone pines are actually the oldest living things on earth. I don't know what pines grow the tallest, but redwoods belong to the cypress family of conifers. It's been a while since I read in my botany book...Cheers.
