Bravo again, Marco !!I recognize the red hat! Seems to me that the
exposed ridge of Pizzo Uccello may receive
some 'occasional' BOLTS of LIGHTNING ??
Can you please tell if southern Italy receives natural disasters in the form of wildfires. Where are the wildfires? Is it the
south of Spain, or perhaps the Greek Isles??

ReGrazie Larry!
I think that the narrow summit ridge of this peak is very friendly to lightning!
I wouldn't like to be there during a storm, I have witnessed a light storm near the summit of Tagliaferro and it has been more than frightening, I am not anxious to repeat such an experience!
Italy has been lucky with fires this summer, I have heard no notice of important or big ones.
Usually when a fire takes place in Italy it's always due to some stupid pyromaniac.
I don't know instead the nature of fires in Spain or Greece.
