I climbed this yesterday without knowing there was a page for it. I also bushwhacked to nearby Devils BM.

Rattlesnake on 3219!
I took the North Mountain Trail to Point 3219 in April 2011. The views were good even for a cloudy day.
I went back in July 2011 and took the Laurel Run Trail. It was an unusually pleasant day for July in this part of the country. When I was close to the summit, I heard a noise that at first reminded me of cicadas. I looked up. Then, I realized there was a bit more of a rattle to the sound. I looked down. I was up close and personal with a rattlesnake. After giving the snake its proper space, I was able to continue to the top.
