Five Summit Traverse  Sucess!

Five peak traverse with Stefan. East, Middle, West Camas Peaks, Camas and Lion Points. Beautiful early fall day, with a tiny skiff of snow on the north facing rock, made for some careful hand/foot placement!

Camas Traverse  Sucess!

Nice peak! The first on the traverse around the crest of this cirque which would include for me: East, Middle & West Camas and Camas Point. Good easy climb.
Apparently, the thing to do now is to put pictures of your dogs in the bottle near the summit cairn, so be prepared for that.

Nice summit  Sucess!

Nice summit but views are nicer earlier in the year when snow still covers the tops of the peaks. Was up to the saddle between the summit and Kidney Lake crags a couple years ago in early June

Pure excitement!

27sep08 - Second time on this peak but first time to see a pine marten up close. He/She had a vivid orange throat patch and appeared to be extremely curious about us.

11aug06 - Climbed this peak with my husband and brother-in-law as part of the 4 Lakes Trail.

Part of a great outing  Sucess!

I climbed this with Mike Hoyt. There was enough snow to make an enjoyable climb to the summit ridge. This was the first of five peaks we did that day.
