Potato Falls

The terrain in northern Wisconsin reminds me of parts of the west - rugged and downright beautiful. Upper Potato Falls. Near Gurney, WI. Sep 2004. Fuji Velvia. Maybe an interesting note about this pic is it was taken with a 20 second exposure. It was literally damn near dark when I took it. I have gone back to this general area several times after just to take pictures at this time of the evening and have not been disappointed.
