A long day of hiking
From the small village Rejhotice I hiked over Mravenecnik, Dlouhe strane and Vresnik before making my way to Praded. It took a bit longer than I had thought when I started, so for the descent to Rejhotice I took a shorter route, first passing Maly Ded and then west, eventually down to the road leading to Kouty nad Desnou. In the end, I estimate I must have hiked close to 30 km that day.

Windy
I was in Karlova Studanka for a couple of days so decided to hike along the ridges nearby. Constant fog and mist so saw nothing but still great to be away from the cities!
We hiked it up as part of our school trip. Pleasant memories...

off-site at off-site
While taking part at off-site of the team in my last job at small village Bela pod Pradedem I couldn't help myself and stay down there with all others. Our managers didn't tell us the exact resort where we would be. The day before we left our office in Prague, we were told, that the off-site would take place in Jeseniky mountains. At that time I didn't own a map of Jeseniky, and by the time I left the office it was too late to buy a map, so I couldn't prepare my hiking trip. I was determined to make a trip, because I knew that everyone would be drunk in the morning and nobody would miss me. I invited couple of people to join me, but they rather went to sleep. After a whole night-longing disco whithout a minute in a bed I took my hiking boots still at 6 a.m., packed some necessities and went still in the dark to the forest. I wasn't sure that the trail led to Praded summit, because I didn't have a map and didn't know the mountains. At sunrise I passed along the waterfall at some 1000 m a.s.l. After another 30 minutes I took my #7 photo here at summitpost from a steep forest quite high in mountains. At that time I knew my route led to Praded, so I enjoyed perfect morning atmosphere in nice mountains. There was strong wind and I found myself in a fog. There was virtually no snow at the route to the summit. I was tired after not slept that night, but was happy to spend a day off during off-site. After I returned I found out that nobody missed me, but rumors came into being, that I was absolutely crazy, they both admired and disrespected me. In my next job I want to spend off-site really off humane dwellings.
