It's unfortunate that this feature has been named "peak". It's certainly a worthy climbing objective, but just as certainly not a peak or summit by convention. Any view from the east will reveal the embarrassing truth about Prusik Peak. I don't mean to belittle your accomplishment, but I do intend to belittle the Prusik feature on The Temple, until the end of time.

Having (unlike you) been to the summit of Prusik Peak, i can attest that the other spires on the Temple massif are clearly higher, however, i would estimate its prominence at at least 150 feet. i don't know, or care, what the conventional definition of a peak is, for climbing (like the rest of life) is subjective. there is no "truth" about the peak apart from how we experience it, which is from the south-west, from which it is very clearly a summit of note. you can belittle it all you want, but the fact remains that it has the highest concentration of quality multi-pitch climbs in the Stuart Range.
peak? mountain? spire? i fail to see why it matters, the greatest mountain is the world is still no more intrinsically worth climbing than some little lump of granite off Hwy 2.
calling it a spire may actually be a good solution, in some ways it is similar to the Wine Spires of the Silver Star massif – Prusik is to the Temple what the Wine Spires are to Silver Star.

the name actually has other issues, Beckey called it Prusik Peak because they had to lasso the summit pinnacle and prusik up the rope in order to finish the climb. as the west ridge goes at a mellow 5.7, no one finishes the climb that way anymore i don't really get why they had to.
if i ever write a guidebook for the Stuart Range i am going to re-christen it Walker Spire.

I couldn't agree more. If it was renamed Prusik Spire, I'd never argue the point ever again. And if you name it Walker Spire, I'll climb it. That's a promise.
