Prutas layers

Prutas layers

Numerous, several hundred meters high, exposed limestone layers and plates make southern side of Prutas (2393m) very interesting and beautiful. Photo: Aleksandar Gospic

Incredible!

Do you really mean several hundreds meters?

Re: Incredible!

Thanks Vid! Yes, foot of the face is 2100m and summit is 2393m. This highest 'plate' certainly has 200m.

Exceptional closeup of Prutas

Thanks for bringing us the close-up of the layers around the summit. It makes the waviness of the high vote picture of last year more interesting.

Re: Exceptional closeup of Prutas

Thanks Mark!! You remember everything :-) I guess you have in mind this photo. That is Stit while Prutas is peering behind it. These layers would be on the opposite side from the one visible on that photo.
