Rödelstein as seen from the valley

Rödelstein as seen from the valley

Hello, to all climbing and hiking adventures men and women ! Do you know, from where come this photo, which was taken in the Palatinate sector ? Yes, so if you're sure, you certainly know this monumental climbing rock ! I want here, to add a few words, for the Rödelstein rock, which is localised directly over the village of Vorderweidenthal (very picturesque). This enorm crag is one of the vertically and higher, in the all Palatinate sector (the Southwall, very vertical and deep, has 58 M) ! This rock is too much loved, for very hard climbing-routes (difficulty levels are reaching 9 or 10 ! ). On this photo, you can see the main massiv. He seems to be lost, on a very exposed and wild mountain, which is entirely covered with deep forests (pines on the south face). The boat form of this rock is too beautiful and is the result for the nature work. Have fun and ecstasy, on this very frequented and loved climbing rock !
