That's a keeper ...!How long does it take to cut a hole in the
ice, or were you able to find a weak spot
where somebody had fished before ... excellent scenery and outstanding CATCH!

Re: That's a keeper ...!It only takes a minute or 2 to get through the ice in most places. At lake mary where the ice is 38 inches it takes a good 5 minutes.
That rainbow was a keeper...that would probley piss off Mr. Dow for sure. I did not go with Troy on that adventure to Deer Creek...I was busy backcountry skiing the nealry 50 inches of new snow we got. He hurt his knee a little bit when his climbing peg fell down so he is gonna take the next week off of skiing.
Hey that can only mean more powder for me!
