Raven

This over fed raven chick took his 1st flight from one of my high oak canopies and made a heavy crash landing just feet from me. For a moment I thought I was going to get clubbed by squirrel or falling branch. I feel like I saved his life. He caught the full attention of my bull terriers and they were on hot pursuit. July 2011
