Red baneberry (Actaea rubra), also known as Doll's Eyes, is common in wooded areas of Isle Royale. The colors vary but are always distinctive; a variant has white berries. Both have the black dot at the far end of the berry, which presumably gives them the alternative name.
Note the three-lobed, toothed leaves.
These are poisonous.
