Red line: "Tubo Izquierdo" route on the NW face of Cabeza de Hierro Mayor (2.380 m / 7,808 ft), the 3rd highest mountain of Sierra de Guadarrama, Spain. Blue line: the route that I followed yesterday because of the deep and rotten snow. After the climb I turned right to Cabeza de Hierro Menor (2.374 m / 7,789 ft), the 4th highest in Sierra de Guadarrama, until descent. The photo was taken in February 1991.
