I see Red  Sucess!

This is a classic western Washington remote peak that offers as much resistance as any man could want. It features long brushy abandoned road slog, steep and brushy forested slopes and finally some rope work at the summit block. Go for it!

Red Mountain  Sucess!

One of the most difficult one day climbs I have ever done. It does not look that bad on paper, but it sure kicked my fanny. 10.5 hours car-to-car - we used mountain bikes to Elk Creek. Highly recommend some gardening equipment for the first part of the route from 2200' to 2800'.
