REI Crampons

Old gear still in use. REI crampons circa 1968. Replaced the original leather straps with ebay neoprene...had to buy another pair of pons to get the straps. These crampons have been up St Helens about 1969 and still going with me into the Pickets and more...plus last year up the Middle Teton. Lighter than anything I can find accept aluminum, but these are grind/rock tough and just practical to wear. 1/17/15
