Agreed ..

But, what was your itinerary and route
description ?

Did you start from the south or north ??

Re: Agreed ..

Down North Kaibab in the early a.m., lunch break at Phantom Ranch and then up Bright Angel. I would have preferred not carrying a full pack but I was just passing through the canyon on the AZT so no choice there.

Re: Agreed ..

Is the AZT completed between the South Rim
and Flagstaff? Sounds like you made pretty
good time. How far did you go beyond the
South Rim ???

Re: Agreed ..

The AZT goes from the Utah border to the Mexican border- approximately 800 miles- and it runs through the Grand Canyon. I thru-hiked the trail from Oct 2010-Dec 2010. I did resupply in Flagstaff when I got there though! Cool place. :)

Re: Agreed ..

Holy mole-skin patch !!

So, you hiked the entire 800 miles across the
sun-drenched state of AZ ?

Think I know why they call you LadyWawa !!!
