Road to Gothic

This is on the road to Gothic (a ghost town) about seven miles north of Crested Butte. There was one rock on the entire road and I managed to hit it and punch a hole in my oil pan causing me to spend more time in Crested Butte than I had intended. I did have fun though,

Nice Wilderness

It is. It's called the Gothic Natural Area. A jeep road extends beyon Gothic toward the Elk Range.
