Awesome angle !!!

It resembles two dinosaurs playing tug-of-war
with each other.

It's difficult to make out the composition of
the rock with the salt stains and barnacles
attached to it. Metamorphic, perhaps ???

Thanks Larry. I admire your imagination. But I think I can see it. About the type of rock: i am not sure but metamorphic is a good choice. It may still be sedimentary. I have to read more about coastal range geological history. Cheers, Guido
