I'm not sure...Pretty large... Can't tell from the photo if there is hair in it... If so, I'd say most likely Cougar or Wolf. Both are present in the Rogue area. Looks a little too solid and well formed for a bear. The scraping leans me a little toward cougar, as they will often scrape a spot, then cover their deposit.
