There was flagging leading right to the summit. Easy to find. The views? Not so much.

Great Hike, Disappointing Summit
I was hoping the summit would have as good of views as I had seen from some of the open middle slopes I had passed. Unfortunately, no. Fortunately, this was just a warm-up hike for a much better destination nearby... Alpine Lookout. A backcountry campsite was found at the summit area.
