Completed the route 8/9/2020
Gave it a go 8/9/2020 after years of trying to find more beta on it with no luck. Followed the route description on here which definitely helped. You should really start trending toward the left tributary at 7600’ when the canyon is at its widest. Once the quartzite is reached, the rock becomes dreadfully loose until you gain the ridge. Overall, a highly overlooked and extremely long scramble that I’m suprised does not see any traffic. The waterfall sections down low are stunning with amazing granite scrambling. Good level of commitment on this one, turning around halfway up would really suck.
