Approach


Can walk to any of these routes easily from the campground. Can see the routes from your tent.


Route Description


Large band of limestone along the western side of the Val di Sarca leading northward out of Arco. At one end is the Arco castle perched atop the Colodri cliffs. Here you'll find 21 bolted multipitch routes.

Essential Gear


60m rope and 12 draws plus slings for a few funky corners.

Route Comment

min. 2x 50m rope if you are to retreat. A set of friends and stoppers. Not all routes/pitches have bolts, some have no fixed protection at all even 7a!!!

Not all routes are bolted!! A rack is necessary, unless you like soloing. Via Renata Rossi 3rd pitch 5b 35-40m, very exposed no fixed protection!! The classic routes have less protection then the new ones.
