Great place to warm up on the East side of the Mounument,except in the winter when the sun does not hit it till noon+. Also do not forget Sinbad 5.6 a great warm up, beginner lead on the other side of the rock.
Well, it is a nice place to climb on summer mornings...
We tried to find the start for Sinbad; we think we found an alternative start - more difficult than 5.6. My friend Ron (his usual leading range is 5.9 to 5.10) backed off leading it as it was very mossy and slippery.
I think that we should take a second look with the new guide book in hand. Any pointers?
