I see "Mount Clinton" in the background... and what we called "the Lewinski Buttress".

Dr Ed F put a register on top of "Clinton", and gave the name. I coined "Lewiski buttress", so you are free to change that.

I also went up the nearby, higher peak (left, not really visible in your pic) with a slightly brushy top; that one had a rudimentary register (piece of pipe) and sort-of cairn.
