Salt Lake City is an amazing place with mountains like Mt. Olympus right in your backyard. This pic was taken near the Black Diamond store in SLC. Makes me jealous of SLC dwellers everytime I look at this pic.
Great skiing, great mountains, all just minutes away.

A nice view while you commute

I love watching this mountain and tracing out the different routes on it in my mind every time I'm driving towards it on I-215 as I head home.

Apollo Couloir

Apollo Couloir is the mostly hidden chute that crosses behind the left telephone pole (for lack of a better landmark). The correct couloir is the one that angles low on the left and rises to the ridge on the right.
