Salt Mountain Benchmark

Salt Benchmark placed in 1955. This mountain is a small spur to the west of the Stansbury Mountains attached by a few smaller foothills. Although overshadowed by five-thousand feet higher peaks to the east, this peak offers great winter hiking and still gives impressive views of the surrounding area. Picture taken 02-22-2014
