The Manicougan region of the province of Quebec viewed from space. I'm personally of the opinion that the region most probably does hold some interesting surprises in terms of astounding scenery to uncover from ground level. I just can't find any of the proper pictures from ground level which would give further credance to this. If you view this image at the proper scale by clicking on it you you will see the sub images more clearly... If you go that far bayond the beaten track the neighbourhood McDonald's restaurant further north east in Labrador city may ease your fears if ever you feel totally stranded... And if ever you may be out of equipment the WalMart situated in the same neighbourhood gives you some assurance that no matter how far you may be help isn't as far away as suspected even if we would all be tempted to believe that such services cannot exist with such a small population basin not including the more abundant wildlife which despite their love of big macs and sheds to settle down in can't possibly be part of the consumer base !...
