Scarecrow on Sunrise?

I've been on both Dromedary and the Twin Peaks in the last week and have noticed what appears to be a "person" on the summit of Sunrise Peak---except it never moves. Does anyone know anything about this? I was up on Sunrise less than 8 weeks ago and it was not there. So curious!
