I traversed Schneibstein as a part of the "Kleine Reib'n", descending from Seeleinsee to Berchtesgaden. On the top of Schneibstein a herd of capricorns rested on the way. Even some kids where with them - and the battery of my foto was empty ...
Group of 7 but left 6 of the valley dwellers at Jennerbahn and did this myself. Great day out with fantastic views. Recommended.

I've been many times up the Schneibstein, especially in the 1990's. The route Jennerbahn top station - Schneibstein - Seeleinsee - Priesbergalm - Jennerbahn middle station is long - it can be also quite hot, especially between Schneibstein and Seeleinsee lake! - but of great beauty!
