Sign at Summit Lake area

We encountered this sign as we were leaving the area on our way to Soldier Meadows ranch. We met two BLM personel not far from this sign and they were very surprised to see us. The road continues to descend to the Summit Lake Indian reservation as you head west. Another sign like this was seen on the road heading south out of the reservation as we headed towards Soldier Meadows. 6-10-14
