If this page is just meant to describe Signal de Botrange, which is what it seems to be, I would rather see it as a Mountain/Rock. Not that it's really a mountain or rock, but other high points usually are in the Mountain/Rock category as well.
However, changing the page type now creates a new problem, because someone else created a Mountain/Rock page by the same name - I guess he didn't notice the area page.
On the other hand, if the purpose of this page would be to describe the national park, which quite rightly deserves an Area page, the name "Signal de Botrange" would be wrong. Something like "Hautes Fagnes / Hoge Venen" would be more appropriate.
