3 hours 23 minutes C2C from Sunrise, saw a marmot laying flat on a patch of snow, trying to stay cool. Phenomenal views of Willis Wall, Little Tahoma, and Fremont Lookout. I could see Glacier Peak and Baker, but unsure if the camera lighting could catch them.

Birthday Scramble
A great hike from Sunrise, with fine views enroute and on top. Enroute we could see Adams, Rainier (duh), Stuart, Glacier, and Baker all from one spot. Ran into an old colleague at the summit, who was hiking the Wonderland Trail with her family. What a great way to skip out of town on my birthday: my wife's great idea!

Dege, Antler, 2 McNeeley peaks, 4 Fremont peaks + the lookout, Skyscraper, 3 Burroughs peaks
Kind of a lame area, but the views are great. East Fremont had a good scramble, albeit a bit loose. Antler and McNeeley were the most junky ones of the day. A total of 12 peaklets.

Ascent in the snow
Great views of Rainier and Little Tahoma after a snowy night on Rainier - they briefly peaked through the clouds.
to Skyscraper Mountain with Maddie. It was a nice walk through Berkeley Park and an easy scramble up on trail. We followed the ridge toward Borroughs to scope it out, but didn't have time to traverse. Dege the next morning.

Skyscraper Mountain
is much easier than it looks from Frozen Lake. Flys are gone!

Got engaged!
Popped the question up on Skyscraper - I was successful :)
Quick up and back from the pass after coming out of Mystic Lake the previous day. Good views but a bit hazy due to forest fires.

Skyscraper views
Have made several trips up here over the past few years. Great view of the mountain and a great place to just hang out on a nice day. Bugs were a bit annoying on this day.

Skyscraper
Hiked past Berkeley Park along the Wonderland Trail up to the saddle below Skyscraper Mountain. It was a clear day so the view of Rainier was awesome.
