Thanks Rob. The summer had a rough start but it made up for it in the end. I was hoping to visit Colorado again this year but I'm guessing it's a little late now.
Good question. Most of the rock encountered on the Corkscrew is really just Class 3. Some of the photos in this report may make it appear more exposed. If you are on route, it could be argued that there are a couple Class 4 moves but they are very short. There are several other technical routes but to date only one of them is listed here on SummitPost. See the West Face Route page.
