dudette, I am so disappointed!!! were you listening or looking at my toes?...it has always been about the treatment of animals for me...very huge difference...Hank (owner of Oscars) is the only restaurateur in all of southern Utah who bust his rear end to serve free range, beef, chicken, eggs...in Canmore (11K folks), there are six establishments committed to the ethical treatment of animals including pork...in St. George (100k+), zero!!! Only place we eat out in St. George is sushi....otherwise we basically eat in and in Springdale at Oscars...come over for a visit before it gets to hot or come see us in Canmore this summer Liba....don't let the job and house conquer you this summer....cheers

I would love to come, but don't get enough time off - max 3 days straight. We are going to Europe again this summer (my mom is sick). Maybe Canmore... I can fly in...miss you guys.
