Already looks great

Your pages on the mountains in this area have completely changed my perceptions of the U.K.'s mountains. Before, I thought only Scotland had really rugged peaks. Now I know otherwise.

Re: Already looks great

Im glad you've found them interesting, we are really lucky to have some fantastic scenery in Wales. Although our mountains are not high, they certainly are beuatiful.

Thanks for your comment and votes

Cool page with winter photos

Greetings from Doubletop Mountain. Really like the cantilever rock

Thank you, Snowdonia is one of my favorite places in the whole world. And the cantilever rock is ace (Caragen, careg or craig)

What an undertaking !!

Quite the job Dan. Your love for the area is very clear in the amount of effort entailed in and care taken with this page.

Welsh mountains have always been under-represeneted on SP. Now you're changing all that.

Cheers,

Martin

Re: What an undertaking !!

Thank you, I have more info to add but won't be doing it anytime soon as I'm in Zermatt at the moment, supposed to be mountaineering but I've had some sort of stomach bug/food poisoning which has left me unable to do anything since I arrived. danm I'm unlucky.

You're doing great!

I like seeing what new items you've added every few days. You're doing a great job on such an uncommon area.

Great job, Dan!!!

You mean, that's what actually happens in Snowdonia?
The only thing that happens in Arizona is ... falling stars,
and we will see an eclipse of the moon next week. Makes me
want to listen to some Pink Floyd music. Thanks again, Dan!

Re: Great job, Dan!!!

Thanks a lot Larry, it's an area that means a lot to me, I've been climbing there since I was a kid, and the area's history and cultural identity fascinates me. Enjoy your eclipse, and have a great weekend!

Cheers
