Very nice. It's good to see Pennsylvania finally getting populated. I've hiked the AT through this region (all of PA, actually) and it should be noted that this is about the nicest section of PA AT there is. Farther north, you encounter the famous boot-eating rocks. This is really more of an extension of the gentle South Mountain found in Maryland.
Also, the hike south to Buzzard Knob is quite lovely and the view decent.
