South aspect and alt. version

South Face of Dallas. RED- The general advised route & the ascent route we took. YELLOW- Our descent route. This is MUCH easier as there is a scant climbers trail that skirts through the ledges and avoids the loose talus and loose hardpan dirt.

This should be the standard route.

Kiefer, Great beta photo! You should consider posting this shot to 14er's. It should be the standard route. We recently climbed Dallas a via the Roche description as you did and wished we hadn't.

Thanks! I appreciate it. Yeah, that mountain can be tricky as hell to get up. Super enjoyed it though. I don't do that 14ers site anymore, multiple reasons. I only post my stuff here now.
