"Got tight last night on absinthe and did knife tricks. Great success shooting the knife into the piano. The woodworms are so bad and eat hell out of all furniture that you can always claim the woodworms did it."

OGUL RoundupFrom Spooner Summit, a fun hike which included the unworthy White Hill along with Duane Bliss, Genoa and South Camp peaks. After bagging Duane Bliss and Genoa we took the Genoa Road back, making an easy side trip to South Camp Peak which had a fun little class 2 summit block, and even a class 3 contender for the high point (which turned out not to be the high point). TR is HERE.

Lots of snowThere was much more snow than I anticipated, and that hurt visibility. It was wind too. Luckily I made it up along with Genoa Peak. It took less than 3 hours to bag both of them. It then took 4 1/2 hours on the way back; getting lost multiple times.
