splattski guided me up this peak. There is no real straightforward approach. Lots of ups and downs with bushwhacking through lots of downed tree. Poor trail. Lots of mosquitos. Still very pretty- bear grass very impressive. The cirque on the north side of South Loon is particularly impressive for a mountain that is not overly high.
