Side trip on the way back from Charleston
The spur trail off what they're now calling the Mt. Charleston National Recreation Trail was so short that I figured it'd be foolish *not* to do Griffith.

Nobody on the trail the entire day.
Of course, that was Thanksgiving day when we decided to hike. We used the South Loop to tag Griffith Peak on our way to Charleston Peak. Nicely graded trail through the forest.
