Don't know what your pace and conditioning is but it's over 12 miles round trip with about 5000 feet of elevation gain. I'd guess 3-4 hours up, half hour on top, 2-3 down depending on your speed. So, figure out when you want to be done and start 7-8 hours before that to be safe and you'll probably be good.
