Did the Eldorado-Inspiration-McAllister walk-in. Its a good long ways, but generally very easy and spectacular walking even in September. I highly reccomend it as the escape route regardless of which way you came in as it will be easier to negotiate when very tired and/or in the dark. Be ready for some adventurous moat work if you go mid-August and later.
