Spring 08 Newsletter

Our spring update. Please note that the NJ park closings have been held off till fall 08 at the earliest. Thank you to all those that support the cause. Additional trail segments have been added in Hunterdon County NJ and we hope to be to the Delaware by fall where we start to link up with the PA trails out to the Susquehanna. Eastward we're in negotiations to extend beyond the Hudson across the beacon bridge and to the CT border where we start to connect up on the eastern branch of the highlands. This is an amazing project with so many people volunteering time and expertise. Please sign logs as you hike the segments and show your support. We will follow up later this season with details of a celebration when we finally cross the Delaware.
