Stap has become inseparable...

Stap has become inseparable from name of Slavko Tomerlin - Tatek who dedicated his life to explore Velebit and especially Stap area. He is one of the most deserving Velebit enthusiasts in last 50 years, path & refuge builder, also a sculptor. This is also his work. It is Stapina cliff, trademark of Stap area. Location is graveyard in Ljubotic village, a starting point to access Stap. Why on graveyard? This is his own future grave! After a life dedicated to Velebit, especially to Stap area, comes eternity which would not be possible away from the love of his life.
