Stonestruck

On my move 3 1/2 years ago across the country from Massachusetts to Washington, we stopped in Badlands National Park. In a small valley between hills, we came across the closest thing to a watering hole in miles. There was damp mud with animal prints in it, and a blue stone lying right next to it. I couldn't help placing the blue stone into the mud and taking a picture. This trip was my first true attempt at photography, a hobby that has grown and deleloped massively since then.
