Summit View norhern Leberstein across the village of Waldrohrbach towards Asselstein, Rehberg and Anebos. Rehberg is the highest of the mountains of the Südpfalz area with 567m and is crowned - guess with what - a sandstone cliff. July 17th 2007

The Leberstein

This panorama is fabulous, remarkable ! Dear Gangolf, this is, I think, a new rock, that you had insert very recently ... I'm very happy to discover something new, for the Palatinate region ! I still dont know this sandstone's rock and I'm very, very impatient to discover and to visit him ... I think I will do this, in my next weekend (if the weather will be good). So, too much coverage and applauses of my part to you, for your very well done work, on your Summitposts website ... Hourray !

The Leberstein

I know this rocky destination since 2009 now ! I was there and I was too happy to discover this very wild and picturesque climbing and bouldering site of the Leberstein. But for instance is the site unfortunately closed for climbers and hikers, against peregrines breedings ! What a pity :'(
